Appointments
For your convenience we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason, you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or if you will be delayed for your appointment, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing
If you have dental insurance, we will help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. We will gladly try to answer questions regarding your insurance coverage and we will be happy to file your insurance claims. We work with all traditional insurance plans. We will work with your PPO plan as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Please contact our office to verify how we can work with your plan.

Payment Options
We accept checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details.
